Domicile certificate.

Hello,
I want a domicile certification for submission to my engineering degree college. Can anybody help me that how to get it and what documents are required. For info. I am born and brought up in Mumbai and my parents too.

You have to apply for it to the Tahasildar of your Taluk.

What is tehsildar? I reside in Mumbai, do Mumbai city also have tehsildar?

you will have to make application to local metropoliatn magistrate court of area wherein you reside

you wlll need your ration card , school leaving certificate ,
if you were born and brought up in mumbai domicile certifcate may not be necesszary
