Hi experts ,

I am planning to purchase a MAHADA flat in mumbai from the allotee. As per the rules by MAHADA the allotee cannot transfer the flat within 5 yrs from date of allotment.

What documnets i need to prepare ...

Will power of attorney will be enough ....

Why do you want to prepare a Power of Attorney??

The allottee should execute a sale deed in your favour and that sale deed shall be registered after paying the necessary stamp duty.

dont buy property before expiry of lock in period of 5 years . play safe with your money
