Abusive phone call

I am receiving repeated phone call from an unknown person using abusive words to my bsnl landline. How to tackle this problem?

You need to meet the concerned DET/ DGM, inform about the problem and request the officer to get the calling No. tracked to enable you to sue him appropriately.

yes, use caller id,nowadays bsnl provides a new phone with caller id features ,you can track down the number and make a complaint to the local police also go to bsnl exchange office and file complaint regarding the number that you have traced using caller id.

It is not a case of cyber crime. It is a case of plain abuse and intimidation

File the complaint with police and get the no. tracked and then take suitable action in court of law.
