Rebuttal of charge sheet issued

A charge sheet has been issued to me by my employers. I want the charge sheet to be rebutted by me. What is the procedure for/ precaution to be taken to safeguard my interest. Is any background material available in this regard. If so, pl. enlighten me. uniqrajpal

Your defence depends upon the nature of charge leveled against you for your offence. Without knowing the contents of the charge nothing can be suggested.

As Mr.Dhingra said, it depends upon the charges, rules under which it was issued etc. However, find out any experts in your office who have dealt such cases earlier. Their experience may help you.
