Lawyer's behaviour

I have fought a job case in trial court for 8 years. Now opposite party's appeal is pending in high court. My lawyer was very good but suddenly he is behaving as if wants me to let other party win the case. It is very strange and I am particularly worried because my employer is very rich. How to be satisfied with lawyer's integrity and what options are there for me.

Have a open & clear talk with your counsel and try to use your inner conscience activate to know your counsel i.e., what plan he has for the case or in which direction he wants to go ahead, etc. Best of luck.

Have a second opinion from another Lawyer who is an expert in service matters. You will come to know the correctness or otherwise of ur Lawyers views on the subject. If u are convinced of the views of the new advocate, u may change the earlier ADvocate and entrust ur case to the new Lawyer.
