Complain is recreational Ground converted to pvt plot . Can we File A Complaint Against Builder/Developer/Landowner With The Consumer court if conveyance of property is not done

have you checked your development plan ?

is it shown reserved as recrational ground?

if RG has been converted into pvt plot on what basis was it done . file RTi application .

you will have to file writ petition in high court challenging de reservation of RG plot

for each city development plan for 10 years is prepared reserving spaces as open grouns , play grounds , recreational grounds .

if contrary to reservation done muncipal corporation or state govt dereserves a ground meant for citizens recreation you can move the high court challening the decsion taken for dereservation of plot

I completely agree with views of Mr.Ajay Sethi. In UP for every city,where development authority situated, Master Plan is prepared for 20 years.
