hello sir..i need a help ..

sir 384/506 me charge sheet court me submit ho gaye,bad me S.P city k order par same I.O ne 504/506 me investigation ke or court me submit kar de....
t want to know that .. k charge 384/506 me lagega ya 504/506 me..
plz help me on that matter.... :(

New charge can always be added by the Police during after investigation.
Now if you have taken bail of earlier charges then now you have to again take bail for subsequent charges.

If there is merit for subsequent charges then you can challenged such charges trough Discharge or Quashing.

agreed with devajyoti .... but i advise you that go for discharge and if discharge application dismissed then go for 482 agaisnt that order ... by this you will have 3 chances to argue on your charge first on discharge application then in 482 and lastly at arguements on charge ..... and if you suceed in quashing on charge against you then go for quashing of the charge sheet as well as fir on the basis of that order ..... you will 100% get sucess in this and by any chance if not suceed then you got base for aquittal..... definatily .....

aapke dwara poochhe gye prashan ka uttar hai ki aapko police dwara pesh kiye gye baad wali charge-sheet ko dhyanse padhna pdega. city SP ke dwara dubara janch kyon krayee gyee ye usmain likha hoga or ye bhi ki dubara janch se ye tathye paye gye isliye ye addditional charge sheet hai ya replacement hai, ye dekhkar nirnye karna hoga.

Samanyatya, police dwara additional charge-sheet di jati hai magar 506 dubara wali charge-sheet main hone se shak ye hai ki pehli wali charge-sheet vapis li gyee hogi ya dusri par amal karne bare likha hoga.
