Can anyone share sample of chargesheet for 498a, I want to understand what is format and content of chargesheet filed by police.

I did get a sample, but it seems like generic comments are put by police, I am not able to understand chargesheet since it is local lanague i am not aware of.

It shall be better either to go through criminal procedure code or lodge the desired case wherein the charge-sheet shall be provided by court.

Why are you so bother about Form?
Any defect in it is not going to save you in the case.
