* the plaint went court for cansalization of governament orders [on 20years back Civil court decree 1992 ] for specifif relief but the plaint has not entered in revenue records and no phycical posistion on ground.
* 8 other plaints also filed case in same part of land w.p.is pending [with illegal registrations ]after cancalization of GPA the registrations was done by revoked gpa person .[aganist to land owners ].
* in same case we that actual land owners [decree executed in 1992] also filed w.p. case in high court for exemption of land as per new governament orders , but we the owners was not challenged the cancalization of decree . dear experts . When one W.P is pending in connected case matter in high court , how to deal if the plaint decree holder will with draw her case ? urgent sir

I think you are not in a position to give a clear picture of your case.

I think you would have filed the WRIT, through an advocate. Take his advise, it is better.
