Evidence before resumption of arguments

Dear Sir(s),
Can I call for an evidence (of an official who is signatory to submitted a report which is marked as exhibit)& mark exhibits(photos),at the stage before start of arguments in the OS? (Under which Order/Rule)
Please guide.
