Challenging a order

Is it possible to challenge an office order if the competent authority signed the order predated (say date, 23-05-2011) and the date of the order mentioned on the top right corner of the order is post dated (say date, 26-05-2011)?

It can be chellenge but if the Competent authority think fit & SATISFIED THAT THIS IS THE CLARICAL MISTAKE then the competent authority may passed an order as think fit
