Dear Sir,
Last year (2010) we have registered a Lease Deed for our New Plant for 30 years. Now we have dropped our New Plant idea and hence we need to terminate the Lease Deed. Can anyone of you experts please provide me the format of Lease Deed Termination (Surrender), it would be a great help.

Cancellation deed is very easy to draft. Just provide past reference and the reason to cancel and the deleivery of possession and tile, right to use therein. No liability and full and final account closed.
