Sir,
Recently Section 78 appointment of Municipal Chief Auditor in Municipal corporation has amended if any one wants to challenge the same please let me the procedure

You have not clearly mentioned which Act/Rule has been got amended by Municipal corporation, however, it can be got challenged under MC Act before Commissioner or before High Court by way of a writ petition by engaging a counsel. You should obtain the certified copy of the amendment to be challenged and should follow the advice of the lawyer to be engaged by you.

repeating queries before this forum is of no use. If you know than rule has been violated then challenge in court.
