Nullification of register marriage

I and my lover registered our marriage in sub registrar office (SPecial marriage act in February).I want to live with my parents and they say that they would suicide.I am only 19 years old.My lover was true to me but i for my parents going to leave him.We have lived as husband and wife in secret and my parents and the society do not know.How can I file for this please.
He was not fraud to me then how can i prove that
What about consummat.Shall i say that our marriage not consumated (But consummate.will he can prove this in any other way.

If the marriage is validly registered then divorce is the only option.
Consummation is completing the marriage by making s*x with each other.

Nullity is not possible in this case unless you make a false case on fabrication of evidence.

prove yourself incompetent for marriage on the date on which it was held,as par the grounds provided under special marriage act.....and don't wrry about s*x.it is not a sole event that validate such a union.

Are you going to live with your parents for ever? one day or the other, your parents would marry you to another man. Then try to convince your parents that you are living with the person of your choice and prove that he is a man of worth.
The best way for you to come out of this marriage is to prosecute your husband on false allegations and thus spoiling the life of an innocent person for loving you to the fullest.
People take immature dicisions without thinking about the consequences. Once taken, they are not courageous enough to stick with the dicision taken.
Now you want to live with your parents because they say that they will commit suicide. Tomorrow your husband will say he will commit suicide and you will go back to him. (What if he relly does so??)
If you dont want to live with him at all, then try for a mutual consent divorce. Please don't spoil the life of an innocent person and make him pay with his life and career just for your immature and senseless deeds.

if you really love him and the concern is only your parents stand,if you are not bold enough to proceed,take the help of some close relatives and friends to convince your parents.

You should be bold enough to stand up and face the consequences of the decision you have taken to marry with your lover. You must understand the plight of your husband you had loved, trusted and married you. It is prudent for you to persuade your parents and if they really love you, I do not see reason as to why they cannot accept the husband of your liking.
Of course, if you have finally made up your mind to break the union, then mutual divorce is the only remedy.

Why u want to prove your most loved person a impotent for yur selfish motive??
Let me assure you, no one is going to suicide for your act, so don't worry.
only concentrate on your study, forgetting all these for a year.
After completion of your study, decide what u have to do. Things will change by then.
Parents look after a daughter and do not expect, you get married without their knowledge, Though u r legally allowed, u have no moral responsibility??
As u made mistake, have patience, suffer by concentrating only on study now, and God will do the needful, depending upon the power of love u both have.
