Even if the JD has non-cooperative, the hands of the courts are made of steel. No power what so ever it may be, can create any hurdle in the way of courts to get executed its judgments/orders.

In the given case, court can get the registered sale-deed executed in favour of decree holder and thereafter can provide him possession of the property with the help of police.
