Hi Sir

one of my client put IP in thiruvallur court on Nov 2010 also IP numbered in January 2011 . now one of the person put Cheque bounce case against my client in april month. now case cheque bounce case is running. what we do ?

can we give the IP number to the court ?

Note : IP numbered , summons servicing to the opponents.

Yes you can give the same and if in the mean time if he is adjudicated as insolvent you can take such plea in the court.

Cheque bounce is a criminal case , IP will not stop it.

Try to contest the case on merits you can win.

Insolvency Petition has no merit against the complaint of u/sec.138 N.I.Act.for bouncing of Cheque,however you can defend the case as per available evidence.

Facts should not be concealed from a court of law for the purpose of justice. Otherwise any view taken by a judge on revelation later on can jeopardise the case to take a more serious turn.
