SIR,
ONE OF THE LAND DISPUTE MATTER
IN SUB JUDICE, NOW THE PLAINTIFF IS
WILLING FOR SETTLEMENT IN OUT OF
THE COURT, SHOULD I GO FOR THE
CONFIRMATION DEED?
AFTER CONFIRMATION DEED THE
PLAINTIFF ASSURED TO WITHDRAW THE CIVIL SUIT.
PLEASE GIVE YOUR VALUABLE ADVICE.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 10 December 2011
Make a compromise petition first under 23 rule 3 of cpc.
In pursuance of that compromise petition execute as many deed as you can but without making a compromise petition and filing the same in the court first, do not go for any other document.

I do agree with Barman. It is better to have compromise in the court rather outside.
V R SHROFF (Expert) 10 December 2011
File Consent Term, with Application under O23Rule(2)
Before filing in Court, get a Notorised MOU. Signed by all litigants.
Then submit in court, along with your Application to order as per compromise terms.
