Property matter

my father brought a property by my mothers name
now my father died.
my mother want to give all property to my younger brother , i want some share in property although my father already give me some amount but not fully....
my mother has a will that is name of my younger brother and she had gifted it to my younger brother as gift deed
so kindelly tell me what should i do

you cannot do any thing for stop your mother, your mother has right to disposs off the property by any means.

Property purchased by your father in the name of your mother is personal property in the hand of your mother. She can dispose it any manner, you have no legal right to restrict.

You may however request your brother to give you some bounty which though in the present corcumstances seems very unlikely.

After the Gift deed from her mother your brother has become absolute owner of the house and you can not claim any right there in unless your brother on request of your gives some amount to you.

Right is certainly not there in your favor.
