Property disputes

my grand father have 5 sons & 1 daughter,my grand father distributes his property to all of them but not in equal part, two brother & 1 sister of my father are still single, my grand father & grand mother was pass away before 5 years. and my 1 uncle also pass away in last month and they maked a will of outsider person so my question are below.

1)My uncle have a right to make a will ??
2) grand son have a right to take grand father property is it true ?
3)can i have a right to say my uncle,aunty to don't sell his property without my permission.

1. Yes as it is his self acquired property.
2. Yes but it should be ancestral property.
3.No , definitely not.

your uncle get the share of your grandfather's property or the property was his self aquired?
in both the conditions he was right to make a will.

1]Your uncle had a right to make a WILL.

2]If the property in the hand of your grand father was inherited by your grand father from his father then you have share in it along with your father but not in branch of uncle.

3]The property can be sold by owner for that no consent of your side is required but if the property sold is a dwelling -say- residential house and has not been partitioned but is joint on spot,then you
can restrain the buyer from occupying it,and can offer him to return his price.
