Land purchased by sc st

Dear all, I have few queries that,
Is there in problem in purchasing land granted to Sc St.
if the land purchased from them as per leagality by paying all payable,

Is there any right to act(Suit) on the purchaser after several years ?

Almost in all states such transactions of purchases of land belonging to SC/ST, without prior permission of the District Magistrate are treated VOID.

The deprived pary is one, wha has purchased land from sc/st. they have having all documents such as sale Deed, GPA , from the vendor.

let me know even Then the agreement and sale is void?

Particular agricultural land situated at up, sale deed is void if it is registered without the permission of competent authority.

To come out of this problem many people do long lease and POA from the owner. However transfer is illegal and not allowed.
