one of my neighbour is going through alot of problem with her husband,there are only mother and daughter,her husband is drinking and troubling her alot,he actually forced her to get married,and after that he hads sex,and now she is carrying a 5 month baby,he is telling her to drop that baby,she has given complain every where in different police chowky,but still nothing has been done,she came to me but i cannot help her,if any one who can do something to teach that guy a good lesson for his life, anyone really who wants to help,can forward me their no so that i could giver the no and she will phone you and speak to you.....her husband even tried to kick her stomach to kill the baby, so it is a serious matter,she had gone to the mahila mandal but they extracted money and left the matter lose....this guy should be punished badly......she stays in pune,hadapsar.......what clauses can be put against him,which will teach him a lesson in the feature for his life....she even has the medical report with her....please help

she can file a case for domestic violence in the court for justice and there that guy will be punished and for further help you can contact and tell detail of the case. 09813242777

Though it is repeated query the query seems to be little refined one.
Only the wife can complaint to the police about such alleged offence for drawing charges u/s 4998A IPC etc.
Proceeding under PWDV Act can also be initiated.

Lady should lodge a complaint to the police if the police authority would not take any action against her husband then she can file a case u/sec.156(3) Cr.P.C. in Magistrate Court charge with u/sec.498a,324,406 and 506 IPC and also Domestic Violence Act, if she want then she can file also a Maintenance Case u/sec.125 Cr.P.C.in Magistrate Court.

If she is harassed, the avenues are aplenty.
I doubt that no police chowky/ Mahila Mandal is ready to take action, if complaint is lodged with them.
They are ever ready to milk the cows.
