Can anybody please send SC judgement on DV not maintainable. Previously i have posted my query that after 6 years of seperation wife lodged several cri.cases in which 498 on family is quashed by HC . Now DV revision is cancelled in session. I request you to pls send some judgements on DV quashing.thanks

Yes you are seemed to search for magic potion from the supreme court to quash your case.
If you are contemplating that since the wife was staying separate earlier than the time when the DV Act came in force, then you would not meet with success as it has been held by most of the High Courts that Act has retrospective effect.

As your case has already been cancelled then why do you need for SC citation and kapoor there is no harm if you send again the citation which you mentioned sent to Sunny Singh. Let you post same citation for the benefit of all of us.
