Dear Experts,

I am not able to recall exactly but I remember reading something like "any law that cannot be implemented in an unbiased and equal manner can be revoked/repealed" or something similar of that nature. Can anyone give me some pointers or some judgements in this regard?

There are various citations wherein similar words were used by Hon'ble apex Court while going on validity of various Act and GO.

A Full Bench decision of the Punjab and Haryana High Court also in Sucha Singh Bajwa v. State of Punjab18 held that the statutory definition of "family" of the Punjab Land Reforms Act, 1973 was constitutionally invalid.
