Ownership of property

i purchased a flat and a shop by my own money and paid by cheque and cash purchase price. i purchased these properties in my wife's name. i hv taken loan from icici bank and wife is also co applicant for loan amt. matter is in DRT Mumbai court. Due to family disputes, my wife filed complaint against me under woman's protection from family violence 2005 and she wants to outs me from property. what is legal remedy ?pls advise whether i can file any suit against for breach of trust because being a wife i had trust and so i kept it in her name. at least whether i can get back my money i have paid in purchasing these two properties ? pls advise me.
