How can one person get relief from interference of his father-in-law in his family and his wife is supporting her father. The person is threatend by both. They give warning of police case, dowry case. Is there any remedy that can prtoect him from this. Wife also gives warning of suicide or run away from house.

You can file police complaint and even can file a petition for divorce against your wife as SC has decided in a reported case to grant divorce in case threatens to commit suicide.

He has no proof against her... and lost his job in disputes.. His Mother is suffering from paralysis and no more means of earning has remained
