In my opinion agreement for sale should be denied because there is no existence of original one and xerox copy of the same is secondary evidence and you have the original sale deed executed but not registered so your document will prevail.

sir , what should be buyers strategy. absolute denial of the photocopy agreement may negatively effect the bonafide of the buyer in judiciaries eye during proceeding.
