Your query is something confusionable. Even with in my understanding the recent will in favour of A. Also he produced necessary documents. So he is the rightful person to make any encumberance. C'S sale to D is invalid.

If my understanding is wrong mean just wait and get some more senior members suggestion.

Senior member can nothing if querist is so lazy not to give full description of short words.

It is better not to use short form while asking legal questions because if we are unable to understand your query, how can you get definite opinion as required?

Is it a problem of fact or algebra ?????

(A+B)=(C+D)if A=C And B=D

The query should be very clear, rather than in coded language.
SANJAY GUPTA (Expert) 09 September 2011
In my opinion as B should file grant of probate case before the respective court as B is in possession and also agreement for sale and money receipt is in his favor. B can also file case against close relative of A ie C and D.
