Deed of gift

my registered gift of immovable property given by my father to me.but after the gift was done.we found out that market value & structure details of my property was written wrong in the gift.thus we consulted a new advocate but he told that a new gift had to be done.
thus my question is can a second gift can be done where donor & donee are same.

The question arises, can a gift already made to you be handed over again and again to you without given back? The question is of mere modification of the gift deed with rectification of the previously made errors in the deed. If modification is not possible, second gift deed cannot be possible without cancellation of the original gift deed and formal return of the immovable property to your father.
