Participation of Paintiff/Respondent during Arguement

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 06 August 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,

Please let me know, whether a plaintiff or a Defendant can also participate in the arguement along with their learned Advocates.

Thanks

He can only be a spectator, what ever he want to say he can communicate to his counsel only.

The court will not allow two persons to argue for a single party.

Once if you gave vakalat to your counsel mean your counsel only can argue before court of law.. You not allowed to do so along with your counsel.
Advocate Rajkumarlaxman (Expert) 06 August 2011
you can always guide your lawyer in midst of agrument but cannot yourself agrue when once vakalt is given.
