landlord tenent dispute

Dear Sir/Madam,
My father has propery of having 9 shops at Gola Gokaran Nath.5 Shops are given to individual tenets.4 tenents are from 25 yrs one is from 12 years.they are paying rent approx 500 p.m.Approx 8 Agreements aree available having 11 months duration of the year 1985 onwards.no agrrement could done in the recent years.My father want to sale the property for money requirement but the situation is that tents are not agreeing to vacate the shop in normal case.My father's age is 86 years old and he has no son.I m working in SBI.
So is there any procedure to vacate the shops without filing any case in court.
Please suggest.

No if you do not take recourse to extra judicial means which is definitely not advisable then filing of the eviction vase is the only option.

AS THE TENANTS ARE NOT VACATING THE SHOPS JUDICIAL RECOURSE IS THE ONLY OPTION YOU CAN FILE EVICTION PETIOTN ON THE GORUND OF BONAFIDE REQUIREMENTS.
