A Pvt Ltd firm having 2 director. One director meaning fully produce wrong document for getting tender in Company name. What Criminal Cases can be faced by another director being o the bord?

If both the directors are equally responsible for the business of the co., then both are liable for the criminal offences.

The director who had committed the offense is personally liable.

BOth are liable , one has to be prove his innocence if he wants to get out. Otherwise before criminal cases are filed against them let the cuprit be prosecuted for his wrong by the other BOD.

If the other two directors are not involved,they should call on a general body meeting of the co.to resolve to remove the offender director from the board,before any fir lodge against non offenders.This will not immune them against prosecution,but they can plead their innocence.
