Heloo Experts

We have ancisteral property in guntur & vijayawada.

My Aunt (Dad's Sister) and Uncle ( Dad's Brother) are in USA and have given me Spl GPA to do any repairs, pay taxes, sell, mortigage, ect. I have not done the verification here within 90 days of signing the form. My questain is
1) Can it be verified here at the sub registrar's office ?
2)Do I have to pay anythig to get it verified?
3) Will I have to get fresh Spl GPA ?

We are trying to sell a small part of the property URGENTLY.

The SPA needs to be cancelled(Verified) by the Registrar, since the time has elapsed, the SRO can impose penalty on you, hence it is advisable to obtain a fresh SPA and register it.

Expert A V Vishals' advise to get fresh Spl GPA and to do further requirement with in stipulated legal time is a right course of action in my opinion too.

Dear Experts

I have got a fresh GPA now my questains are
1) Do I have to pay anything for getting it registered ?
If yes How much ?

2) Can I sell the property now ?
