Can the suit of the plaintiff entitled for dismissed on the ground of no evidence furnished of its own? Plaintiff has no evidences of it own and plead the case from defendant's evidences.

Yes if burden to prove allegations are on plaitiff and he fails to prove the same by evidence than certainly his suit will be dismissed.

I think it depends upon the facts of each case. Suppose all the documents are in the possession of Defendant/s then court can always direct to produce such documents to record evidence. It does mattter more that what you prove then how you prove.

The plaintiff is having the right to depend upon the defendants documents. But, he has to produce the list of documents in the defendants posession in the Plaint ifself.
