is it possible for a party to suit to deny the notice sent by the opposite party for admission of documents under ORder 12 rule 2a of CPC.

What proof will be needed for the court to establish that these documents were indeed sent in the notice which the opposite party even after receipt of it denying the notice itself.

If you have copies of those documents, you can produce it before the court.

it is always sweet will of a party to deny or admit a document put before it,but one needs degree of intelligence in doing so.
the denial you mention is surprising one.

however to prove it, you may file its receipt as well as copies of those documents.
