contributory provident fund rules 1962

(Querist) 20 June 2011 This query is : Resolved
Whether the subscribers are entitled to the share of profit on the investments made from out of the CPF by the employer under CPF Rules 1962? Since this profit is part of CPF, the employer should not have any right over this amount of profit because CPF is for the welfare of the subscribers. Please advise.
RAJU O.F., (Expert) 21 June 2011
Subscribers of CPF are not entitled to the share of profit on the investments made out of it by the employer. But they are entitled for interest for the PF deposited.
