REGISTRATION OF WILL IS NOT COMPULSORY BUT IN CASE OF ANY DISPUTE IN FUTURE REGARDING THE PROVING OF SAID WILL ,IT WILL BE USEFUL AND CAN BE PROVED IF THE SAME IS NOTORISED / REGISTERED.THE WITNESS OF THE WILL CAN BE EXAMINED IN COURT FOR PROVING THE WILL .GOOD LUCK.

A will neither require registration nor stamp duty.valid will requires the signature of testator alongwith two witness's signature.
