sir.
i want topurchase the granted land . what are precaution i have to take

.land was granted in the year of 1995 with condtion that it should not be alirgnate for next 15 years . now 15 years is already over .how sould i phrchase that land and how to find out the exact site

If the condition about non alienation has expired then there is no harm in purchasing it. Verify the title by taking search. Get the boundaries fixed thorugh servey and then enter into a registered sale.

Collect the all necessary documents and get legal opinion from near by advocate.. Then you can decide about it..

If alienation period is already over, you can purchase the land after proper verification of the alienation conditions etc.

Your vendor might have get NOC from the concerned authorities before your registration besides after completion of full particulars of documents.
