labour laws include all the subjects which affect day to day business/ activities of an organisation concerning employees. so you must possess a good knowledge over all the areas of labour law alongwith having a good knowledge of corporate laws.

labor law it self includes many more issues pertaining to human resource i.e. employees.
along with this you need to have good knowledge about company laws and contract laws.
