You have to seek help from the advocates of similar interest from your local area.

I think if you are a fresher, it is better to join the office of some good senior lawyer and learn the things. Register your self with the local legal aid committee. The local legal aid committee will give you opportunity to serve the needy persons. Have guidence of other senior members of the bar also. Study the book of drafting and pleading; observe cross examination by senior and reknowned lawyers of the bar.

Yes. You have to gather some experience from variety of cases.. Getting so many cases its not a matter, you have to succeed your case. Just wait for your turn. Untill involve your self with any one good senior advocate's cases as his junior advocate.

Better to join any office of any senior advocate in your city else if u will fail in proceedings then your whole efforts will be ruined and the poors will also loose their faith in god and law.

Find out a sincere and hard working senior lawyer and join with him as a junior advocate. That is the easiest way to learn advocacy. You have to work hard to learn the issues in each case and also the applicable law. You start to learn how the plaint is drafted, the court fees, how to file it, subsequent proceedings, etc. Watch and observe how the seniors argue, their style, language, court manners, etc.
