Signing of Maintance Agreement before registration

Hi,

I have a flat from Omaxe and have got the possesion for the same. builder has asked to get it registered and when i submitted required docs, builder is forcing me to sign n pay the maintaince agreement with their sister firm and then only do the registration. Builder has not sent any letter but asking thru phone.
I have already purchased stamp certificate. How long they are valid for?
Please suggest.

you dont do as he like, you make complaint and send the notice coercion and cheating.

There is no time limit for the validity of the stamp papers.

Yes. Stamp paper not having any expiry days.. And no one can break his earlier agreement or contract. If sale agreement already made mean you just file a specific performance suit for execute the sale deed.

Issue notice to the builder for specific performance by notifyinf some specific date for registration of the deed. Let him reply, what he would like to say in writing.
