Yes. You to practice, you need to clear the All India Bar Exam.

Of course, you have to.

The All India Bar Examination shall be mandatory for all law students graduating from the academic year 2009-2010 onwards. Candidates may apply to appear for the All India Bar Examination only after enrolling as an advocate under Section 24 of the Advocates Act, 1961 and will have to submit suitable proof of such enrolment along with the application form for the All India Bar Examination (details to be provided in the application form).

this is precise information as provided by the Bar Council of India.

you will therefore have to appear in the exam.

Hi
i have a quarry

An advocate become partner with C.A. (both are in practice)

if yes pls tell me which act

Thanks

A practising Advocate and a practising Chartered Accountant cannot form a partnership Firm under Partnership Act, 1932.

However, they can set up a Limited Liability Partnership, under the LLP Act.

Still, it is a moot point, whether the C.A. will be able to sign the Balance Sheet since according to the C.A. Act, the balance sheet can be signed only by a C.A. who has unlimited liability. This point needs to be further researched and a conclusion arrived at.

Your query has already been answered correctly. But you only want to get confused by quoting the B.C.I.provision of academic year 2009-10 onwards. However, we refuse to get confused. The B.C.I. provision very clearly states that whoever graduates from the academic year 2009-10 onwards are liable to take the AIBE. The B.C.I. provisions did not talk about any 'session'.
