blackmaling a male by a woman by thretening with lodging a harssment casei

dear sir,

the wife of a brother with whom i am fighting a case for posession of property on which he has tresspassed has threatened me twice by writing letters to me that she has been advised that she should lodge a woman harassment case.

she has warned me that she intends to do so if i continue harassment against her.

the truth is that i have never seen her for over twenty years and not written a single letter against her to any person.

i am however fighting a case against her husband and my younger brother.

please let me know under what sections these violations of law are convered and in practice, how serious are these offenses.?

there are many laws which a woman can take advantage of but it all depends on the intensity of the crime not on sweet will of a person to allege any charge against any person
