Registrar of CHS Freeze Bank accounts and appointed Administrator,Now Society is small with aged ailing members could not make it possible to comply all Laws related query raised by Registrar,and asked Administrator to take care of day to day affairs of the society,Like Payment of Reliance Energy Bills,Watchman Salary .........etc and ensure safety and security of life and property of Sr.citizen as well as other members,but Administrator fail to discharge duties on accounts of reasons best known to him,Kindly intimate What is to be done further,to ensure safety of Life & Property,& get defreeze the Bank accounts.

If the Administrator fails in his duties, the Registrar should be requested to appoint some other Administrator. If possible the society should appoint some staff member to perform the job of payment of bills etc. There must be some reason behind freezing of accounts. That cause should be removed and the Registrar should be assured that the affairs of the society would be transperant.

Under what Circumstances,Dy.Registrar can Freeze Bank accounts,If members of the society feel that freezing bank accounts is Unjust and with not bonafide intentions,What is the course of action?

Dear Palnitkar,
There must be some reason behind freezing of accounts. That cause should be removed and the Registrar should be assured that the affairs of the society would be transparent.
Fully Agreed with You,But that reasons for freezing bank accounts is to be given in writing by the Registrar,enabling scy to rectify the same.But w/o reasons Freezing of Bank accounts,Members of the society suspect about bonafide intentions of the authorities.
