my opponent has filed lp petition

hi experts
recently in month of November we have won a case of our property.my opponent have filed a lp petition in the high court which i came to know when i checked it on line .but still now i have not issued any admission notice from the high court.what is the time frame for admission and can i sell my property keeping the judgement copy .

You will be held liable for the consequences if any flowing from the decision of the High Court, since you are selling the property knowing fully well that your opponent has filed a LP before the High Court.

If the litigation before the court you can not sell the property. your opponent will get the benefit of it.

You have to intimate about the fact of the appeal to the probable buyer.
Even after knowing it, if he offers to buy it, you may sell it.
By suppressing the the material information of appeal, you shall not sell it.
In the sale deed, you have to make a mention of it.
