Legality of Marriage

Whether second marriage is legal, if first wife is alive and is unable to get pregnant and gives her consent to her husband for second marriage?

Please also let me know the procedure for the same.

you can register your second marriage as legally thats all.

You have to validly dissolve the first marriage legally and then you can go for and register the second marriage.

if first marriage is a registered one and no divorce is granted, the second marriage even if it is registered is void one.

Without divorce the second marriage has no force of law though the child born out of this relation is legitimate child capable of in inheriting his father.
