sir,
If some one wants to get an injunction from a court and the opposite party willing to give an undertaking in writing in court,than i would like to know what is the difference between the two, and consequences between the two? please explain

Rather ask the court to pass a restraining order on consent of both the parties.
Between which two are you looking for difference.
