legal heir certificate

My husband died two yeras back. I am his second wife while his first wife ran away.For getting pension I need to show legal heir certificate .How can I claim legal heir certificate as second wife ?

if you have proof of second wife then go court apply legal heir certificate, best contact counsel.

You can succession certificate only if the first wife is legally divorced from your husband before you married him.Otherwise you have no rights on his property.

YOUR HUSBAND NOTED IN THE SERVICE RECORD BOOK AS YOU ARE A WIFE, BUT HE NOTE THAT IN THE FIRST WIFE IS THE NOMINEE, HE GOT DIVORCE FROM HER,THESE ARE NOTHING, YOU APPROACH THE COURT AND GET SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE.
