better take local advocate help and discuss with local jurisdictional ROC.

A partnership firm is registered at the office of Registrar of Firms established under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 whereas a company, private limited or public limited, is registered in the office of Registrar of Companies for the State.

Better you contact some local advocate who may help you in getting your business concern registered.

hello sir, I applied for educational loan on last year august in united bank of india beema nagar branch for my neighbour friend who is from poor background, till now the manager not ready to issue the loan, but my friend parent are so poor so they begging continuously and the manager saying wait for some time in a cool manner so what can I do further, Mean while I applied the same bank via online they sent the following mail to me so can anyone help them?
