rights for prisoners

dear sir
can a person unsertrial,in prison be allowed to appear in a examination..its really urgent..plz tell complete legal procedure and way

OF COURSE.... being in custody will not disentitle anybody from appearing in an examination, if the court feels it is bonafide.
for that either the person himself or his counsel has to make an application before the respective court seeking this as prayer.

Apply for permission before the court where trial is pending with full details of examination and shedule of examination.
