private complaint u/s. 500 of IPC

in a private complaint u/s. 500 of IPC, the accused has been declared as a proclaimed offender. can a private party can file a complaint with the police u/s. 174-A of IPC or what other remedies are available to caught hold accused.

please member suggest me.

The private party can not lodge complaint in Police-Station as per provision of section 195 Cr.P.C. You can pray the trial court for filing of a complaint u/s 174 I.P.C. against the P.O. in Police Station.
